Wedding & Other Formal dresses

My father-in-law has a business called "Formal Couture" in Richland, WA. His whole vision is to have a reception garden that can cater to all wedding needs. For now he carries a good variety of wedding and formal dresses as well as accessories, and schedules consultations for the perfect fit.
